Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Production Designer in the United States to translate concepts into polished, production-ready assets across digital and print formats. You will ensure brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners.

The role balances creative development with precise production, file preparation, and timely delivery, requiring strong visual judgment and organizational skills in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience creating both print and digital designs for marketing or advertising environments.
• Strong graphic design, layout, typography, and visual communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Understanding of production requirements across media, including file formats, resolutions, color modes, pre-press, proofing, final file prep.
• Experience with stock photography and headshots preferred.
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage creative projects from concepts to final production and release of production-ready files.
• Create visual assets for social media, blogs, brochures, ads, emails, websites, and presentations.
• Maintain brand standards across all deliverables and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Balance creative design with precise production, proofing, and file preparation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, marketers, contractors, and agencies to deliver projects.
• Participate throughout content creation from brainstorming to deployment.
• Adapt concepts for different audiences and objectives.
• Prioritize projects, set milestones, manage revisions, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track progress in project-management tools and coordinate with support teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain organized design assets and file structures for efficient workflows.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and production practices.
