Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Creative Production Lead based in the United States to manage the end-to-end production of proposal materials, presentations, and graphics. You will transform complex technical content into clear visual narratives, work with proposal managers and technical experts, and build scalable templates and workflows to improve future bids.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field, including government and international customers.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of proposal and production efforts, coordinating creative deliverables from planning through final submission.
• Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual assets for proposals, presentations, and client materials.
• Design and format polished proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials that communicate complex information clearly.
• Translate input from proposal managers and subject-matter experts into engaging visual narratives that reinforce strategy and messaging.
• Maintain and improve templates, style guides, slide libraries, and graphic libraries for future production.
• Ensure all materials are accurate, accessible, consistent, and aligned with brand standards and customer requirements.
• Support document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, QA, revision tracking, and final-file preparation.
• Manage production schedules, design revisions, submission requirements, and multiple deliverables.
• Prepare final digital and print production materials, including PDFs and packaged files.
• Support business development with presentation materials, competitive intelligence, market research, and sales projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows as the organization grows.
