Job summary

Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® is seeking a Production Designer to support a busy creative team during a high-volume period. This remote role requires you to work primarily Pacific Time hours, with an expected 30–40 hours per week from October through November, and potential to extend into December.

You will handle hands-on production tasks in Figma, adapt toolkits to deliverables, and ensure assets are production-ready, well-organized, and accurately named for handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production/design or related field.
• Advanced Figma proficiency with components and libraries.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle high-volume production.
• Experience prepping files for digital/brand deliverables.
• Comfort with templates, toolkits, and brand guidelines.
• Strong file naming, version control, and asset management.
• Good remote communication and proactive collaboration.
• Pacific Time availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain production-ready design files in Figma.
• Adapt approved concepts and toolkits into final deliverables.
• Export, resize, package, and quality-check assets.
• Ensure files are named, structured, versioned, ready for handoff.
• Support design toolkits and reusable templates.
• Apply brand standards and production specs consistently.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies and production issues before finalizing.
• Join busy periods to meet quick-turn deadlines.
