Job summary

Expion Health is seeking an Analyst, Production Support to be the first line of defense for production data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting environments our teams rely on daily.

You'll monitor, triage, and resolve issues across Qlik, Snowflake, and MySQL, working with data engineers, Qlik developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to keep data flowing and reports trustworthy. You’ll automate repetitive work and document root causes for lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production support or related roles with a BA or 2+ years with an MS.
• Hands-on Qlik Sense/QLikView experience: load scripts, data modeling, maintenance.
• Snowflake proficiency: querying, Snowpipe, tasks, streams, time travel, access control.
• Strong MySQL SQL skills: stored procedures, optimization, indexing, data validation.
• Python scripting for automation and data validation (pandas, boto3, requests).
• ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline architecture understanding.
• Familiarity with AWS services for data workflows (S3, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing/incident tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and written/verbal communication; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running across Qlik dashboards, Snowflake pipelines, and MySQL within SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data issues and document findings for fixes.
• Maintain Snowflake Snowpipes, streams, tasks, and stored procedures for continuous data ingestion.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across MySQL and Snowflake to validate fixes.
• Build and maintain Python scripts for data validation and automation of routine tasks.
• Collaborate with Qlik developers to troubleshoot load scripts and data model issues.
• Communicate incident status and post-mortems clearly to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to runbooks and monitoring improvements; participate in on-call rotations.
