Job summary

RxAnte LLC is seeking a Business Analyst (Remote) to bridge product development and client needs. You’ll lead requirements, document solutions, and drive enhancements from concept to execution, working with Product Directors and managers across teams.

You will analyze data using SQL or Excel, define program configurations, and ensure HIPAA/compliance considerations are built in while coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in MIS, business, mathematics, healthcare administration or communications.
• 5+ years of professional healthcare experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills translating complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Able to drive cross-functional projects balancing scope, timeline and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborative, able to work across the organization to meet goals.
• Familiar with product software delivery life cycles and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development, Data Services and Analytics to define program requirements and create specifications.
• Support Directors/Managers with program scope, requirements, effort, dependencies and timelines.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance considerations are integrated.
• Define program configurations with Client Operations to meet client needs.
• Develop knowledge of RxAnte product suite and programs supported.
• Create UAT test cases and coordinate test execution.
• Develop training materials for internal teams and clients.
• Triage inbound requests to Product owners.
• Proficient in SQL or Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
