Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, or related fields
• Experience creating training, professional learning, or customer-facing content
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows

• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams
