Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
  • Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
  • Facilitate conversations to uncover root causes and clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
  • Develop training materials, workflows, and go-to-market assets.
  • Support product discovery and delivery with educator and district insights.
