Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success within the School Assessment organization. You will translate product capabilities into scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets, while supporting product discovery and delivery with requirements and workflows.

Working with senior Product Managers, you’ll help ensure products are understood, adopted, and improved, contributing to roadmap execution through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into clear, scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
• Gather requirements, facilitate design discussions, document workflows, and shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success to enable adoption and alignment.
• Help bring roadmap strategies to life through customer insight and product documentation.
