Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge Product Management, Learning, Support, and Partner Success within the Measurement & Learning Product Management team. This role translates product capabilities into scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets, and participates in product discovery and delivery by gathering requirements and documenting workflows.

You will work with senior Product Managers to ensure products are understood, adopted, and improved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
  • Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product capabilities into training assets and go-to-market content.
  • Bridge Product Management, Learning, Support, and Partner Success teams.
  • Gather requirements, facilitate design discussions, and document workflows.
  • Help shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.
