Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist on the Measurement & Learning Product Management team to translate product capabilities into scalable training and go-to-market assets. You will work with Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success to ensure educators and districts understand and adopt products.

Working with senior Product Managers, you will gather requirements, document workflows, and contribute to product discovery and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Gather requirements and facilitate design discussions across teams.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and enablement materials.
• Drive clarity from ambiguity and independently push projects to completion.
