Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Evaluation Research Manager to join the Product Performance Measurement (PPM) team within the Product and Health Experience organization. You will define, measure, and communicate product success across a portfolio, establishing performance frameworks and KPIs to drive strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years work experience, with some exposure to innovation or healthcare related fields
• 3 years work experience post graduate degree, with some exposure to innovation or healthcare related fields
• Masters/Doctorate in relevant field preferred
• Experience measuring performance of digital products, patient journeys or operational processes would help
• Experience with data products and enterprise data assets to support measurement and insights would help

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive Measurement & Evaluation Plan (MEP) for portfolio solutions.
• Manage stakeholders enterprise-wide across solution lifecycle and alignment on objectives, metrics, data timelines, and deliverables.
• Consult on data collection methods and data source availability for post-launch measurement.
• Partner with Enterprise Analytics to plan and maintain dashboard data and publish results to broad audiences.
• Prepare and present deep-dive insights and reports to inform solution enhancements and strategic decisions.
• Advance dissemination of insights including internal/external presentations and manuscripts when applicable.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of MEPs, KPI dashboards, analyses and insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
