Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Evaluation Research Manager within the Product Performance Measurement team to define, measure, and communicate product success. You will lead the creation of MEPs, coordinate cross-functional analytics, and deliver actionable insights to shape strategy and investment decisions.

You will partner with enterprise analytics to design Living Health dashboards, present monthly results, and generate comprehensive reports for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience building measurement frameworks and outcome-based reporting for products or programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-informed decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and study design experience.
• Experience coordinating analytics deliverables across matrixed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Measurement & Evaluation Plan (MEP) for assigned portfolio.
• Manage enterprise-wide stakeholders and align on objectives, metrics, targets, and data timelines.
• Advise on data collection methods, sources, and post-launch measurement needs.
• Plan and maintain dashboards with Living Health solution data and insights.
• Lead monthly dashboard discussions and drive interpretation of results.
• Prepare deep-dive insights reports to inform product enhancements and decisions.
• Disseminate study outcomes and assist with adoption and engagement strategy.
• Build and maintain portfolio of ME plans, KPI dashboards, and analyses.
