Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap into sprint-ready backlog with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across client, Think Company design, and external vendor.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with scoped stories.
• Ensure design specs stay ahead to avoid bottlenecks.
• Establish product cadence with ceremonies and decision-making norms.
• Provide stakeholders with structured sprint visibility and updates.
• Track delivery against outcome-based success metrics.
