Qualifications

• Experience supporting reporting for supply chain, sales, or finance.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience with analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders in supply chain, sales, and finance to define reporting needs.
• Lead two analysts and oversee ticket intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Host and participate in scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Interpret business requirements and communicate them to the IT Operations Lead & Power BI developer.
• Support incident resolution and end-user questions for dashboards.
