You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Master, design and engineering, and use Jira to track progress. The role emphasizes UX, data-driven decisions, and clear acceptance criteria to deliver high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ~5+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst/related role within Agile product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with backlog management experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize product backlog and maximize product value.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for the development team.
• Refine backlog items for sprint planning and clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Master, and developers to plan sprints and assign tasks.
• Gather user feedback and ensure it informs product decisions and KPIs.
• Advocate for excellent UX in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Coordinate releases with development and QA teams and validate against acceptance criteria.
