Swooped in the United States is seeking a Product Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue across its Product organization. This role focuses on anticipating operational challenges, identifying bottlenecks before they escalate, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products.

Working with Product leadership, you will design operating frameworks, create documentation, and establish coordination channels.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience building organizations or programs from scratch.
• Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and build trust quickly.
• Translate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of ill-defined problems.
• Familiarity with product development and engineering interfaces.
• Understanding of business processes and financial sustainability.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a remote-first environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead product operations model execution and support, implementing the systems, documentation, and coordination channels necessary for effective day-to-day operations.
• Partner with Product leadership to design and implement new operating frameworks while refining existing processes.
• Support product hiring and candidate experience across the Product organization.
• Facilitate data and insights gathering to support informed operational and product decision-making.
• Identify where workflows are breaking down and proactively resolve cross-functional friction across engineering, product management, and design.
