Descartes Systems Group is seeking a motivated Product Marketing Manager for its Transportation Management Solutions marketing team. The role focuses on translating complex B2B software capabilities into clear, compelling messaging, and partnering with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to drive content and enablement that fuels growth.

The position enables a remote work model with up to 10% travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain and logistics technology, transportation management, or related enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing product messaging, positioning, and customer-facing content.
• Experience creating customer-facing content, sales tools, presentations, or enablement materials.
• Exposure to product launches, go-to-market programs, or competitive intelligence activities.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and translate feedback into messaging and enablement content.
• Understanding of B2B buying journeys, audience segmentation, and value-based messaging.
• Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Collaborative across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven marketing approach.
• Eagerness to grow product marketing responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that communicates value of Descartes Transportation Management Solutions.
• Build sales enablement tools: presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI messaging, and competitive comparisons.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with product teams and demand generation for campaign development and market expansion.
• Contribute to launches with messaging, content, and customer communications that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Monitor competitive activity and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create customer stories and case studies showing measurable outcomes.
• Assist thought leadership with market-facing content and research pieces.
• Measure performance of content, campaigns, and pipeline contribution to improve results.
