Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain and logistics technology.
• Experience developing product messaging and customer-facing content.
• Experience creating sales tools and enablement materials.
• Exposure to product launches and go-to-market programs.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging with value propositions and proof points.
• Build sales enablement tools like battlecards, one-pagers, ROI messaging.
• Support go-to-market initiatives including launches and market expansion.
• Contribute to product launches with messaging and campaign assets.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and translate insights into recommendations.
• Develop customer success stories with sales and CS.
• Support thought leadership with market-facing content.
• Measure performance of marketing activities and pipeline impact.
