Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years experience in medical device product management.
• Orthopedic/orthopaedic exposure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work weekends during events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue for KeriMedical products in the US.
• Define value propositions and ensure clear messaging to target audiences.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Sales Training, Clinical Excellence, and Clinical Research teams.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing for website, social media, and email campaigns.
