Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Product Manager to drive downstream marketing for KeriMedical products in the U.S. You will shape segment and product strategy, develop commercialization plans, and collaborate across Medical Education, Sales, and Clinical teams.

This remote role runs through Q3 2027 before relocation to Miami, with up to 50% travel and weekend availability to support events. A Marketing/Business background and 5+ years in medical devices are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device product management experience.
• Orthopedic surgery knowledge strongly encouraged.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and weekends.
• Lab or operating room environment experience required.

The Product Manager is involved in all aspects of downstream marketing of KeriMedical products. Responsible for overall segment and product marketing strategy on a domestic basis including developing and implementing commercialization plans to support company sales objectives.

*This will be a remote role until Q3 of 2027 at which point the role will be required to be located in in Miami, Florida*

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, such as increasing market share, revenue growth, and brand recognition in the medical device sector
• Define and communicate the value proposition of the company's medical devices, ensuring a clear and compelling message to target audiences
• Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends, and use this information to refine marketing strategies
• Collaborate Medical Education, Sales/Sales Training, Clinical Excellence, and Clinical Research teams
• Work with KeriMedical corporate marketing to enhance initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
• 5+ years experience in medical device product management required
• Orthopedic surgery (extremities, adult recon, sports medicine, or trauma) experience highly encouraged
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Up to 50% of travel
• Ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities
