Job summary

ArcSite seeks a Product Marketing Manager to connect product, customers, and go-to-market strategy. Youll own messaging and positioning for core product areas, lead launches with cross-functional teams, and craft sales enablement materials to accelerate conversion in self-serve and sales-assisted channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or a similar role.
• Experience developing product messaging, positioning, GTM plans, and sales enablement materials.
• Ability to own projects and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong customer and market research skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging and positioning for ArcSite’s core product and new feature areas.
• Lead go-to-market launches with cross-functional teams and define success metrics.
• Build sales enablement assets like battlecards, decks, and FAQs.
• Support self-serve and PLG growth through compelling marketing programs.
• Understand ICPs, buyer personas, workflows, and buying journeys across markets.
• Conduct customer and market research to refine positioning and GTM strategy.
• Inform pricing and packaging initiatives with data from customers and market analysis.
• Enable launches and adoption with beta programs and launch materials.
• Measure launch performance, product adoption, and conversion KPIs.
