Job summary

ArcHouse is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are brought to market and understood by customers. You will own product messaging, and lead in-product copy, education, and go-to-market communications.

This hands-on role requires exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing abilities with the capacity to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong skills in positioning and messaging rooted in customer problems.
• Excellent project management with attention to detail.
• Comfort working through product details with product and engineering teams.
• Good judgment and ownership with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, launches, and strategic product narratives.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape product presentation for customers and the care-at-home industry.
• Create and coordinate launch deliverables including changelogs, demos, emails and social copy, documentation and go-to-market communications.
• Equip sales and CS teams with context and materials needed to communicate new launches effectively.
