Job summary

Owner is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can connect product velocity to commercial impact. You will help frontline teams win the right customers, retain them, and clearly explain why Owner is the better choice.

This is a GTM-focused role. Launches and communications are tools to drive stronger win rates, adoption, and retention. The role is fully remote in the US or Canada, with collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, or related tech roles.
• Proven ability to connect customer and market insight to positioning and enablement.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with a systems mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build positioning and frontline plays to improve win rates and adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to understand what helps them close, onboard, adopt, retain, and expand customers.
• Identify adoption blockers and churn risks, turning product capabilities into retention plays.
• Create scalable enablement systems and workflows that keep the frontline current.
• Define audiences and build GTM programs that move key customer behaviors.
• Work with Product early to clarify the customer problem and sharpen the value proposition.
• Use launches and communications to drive measurable outcomes.
• Apply AI to speed up research, content creation, analysis, and enablement while maintaining accuracy.
