Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions. This role focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Sage Intacct-based products.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead rollout efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and data mappings.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into actionable software designs.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and current features.
• Define rollout plans for solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on business processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct user training and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
• Provide clear, concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
• Contribute to knowledge base and improve deployment best practices.
