Job summary

Baker Tilly is hiring a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions that drive customer adoption.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and support rollouts for Sage Intacct and related ERP tools, coordinating across Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping, integration and data migration.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers simultaneously to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test, train and support transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct software and stay current with features and enhancements.
• Define and support rollout of custom solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer business processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to system implementations.
