Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager for water treatment and water technology lines. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and profitability while driving growth across municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty markets.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions, address regulatory requirements, and expand the product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, process design, business development, or commercial leadership in water treatment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance requirements related to drinking water quality, wastewater discharge, environmental regulations, and water reuse standards.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines; identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
