You will work with customers, sales, engineering, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that meet drinking water and wastewater needs.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, leadership, customer focus, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product opportunities and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in regulatory compliance related to drinking water quality and wastewater standards.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness and revenue growth.
• Develop long-term strategic plans and identify opportunities for product enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and competitive dynamics.
