Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager to lead water treatment and water technology product lines. You will drive strategy, roadmap, market expansion, pricing, and profitability while coordinating with sales, engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will translate customer needs into product opportunities, manage lifecycle activities, and collaborate with suppliers and leadership to ensure sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Water Resources or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, process design, business development, or commercial leadership within water treatment.
• Ability to translate customer treatment requirements into product development opportunities and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance requirements related to drinking water quality and wastewater regulations.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
