Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager for Water Treatment to drive the strategy, lifecycle management, and growth of water treatment product lines. This role collaborates with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that address industry challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles in water treatment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Water Resources; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in meeting regulatory requirements related to drinking water quality and wastewater regulations.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
• Be the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
