Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager for Water Treatment, working remotely from the United States. You will own the product line strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability across municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water markets.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, service, and sales to translate customer needs into innovative product developments, while navigating EPA regs, NSF standards, and water quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and applications.
• Experience working with municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Understanding of contaminants and treatment methods for PFAS, heavy metals, nutrients, organics, pathogens, and TDS.
• Familiarity with water quality parameters and regulatory standards.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product development opportunities.
• Proven experience conducting competitive market analysis in potable water, industrial water, wastewater, reuse, and desalination.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance related to drinking water quality and wastewater discharge.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
