Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of its water treatment and water technology product lines. This role collaborates with customers, sales, engineering, operations, service, suppliers, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions and value for Chart Water.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, leadership, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management, engineering, process design, or commercial leadership in water treatment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Water Resources.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers with regulatory compliance in drinking water quality, wastewater, environmental regulations, and water reuse standards.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
