Job summary

Digital Asset seeks a Principal Product Manager for Tokenization in New York City to co-own the DA Registry on the Canton Network and to define business models, commercial strategies and operational excellence. Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-to-end product management in financial services.
• Experience shipping tokenization products for institutional clients.
• Hands-on product development with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology and layer 1/2 ecosystems.
• Ability to discuss business models, pricing, tokenomics.
• Experience building products for institutional clients with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to discuss architecture and settlement workflows with engineers.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the DA Registry, aligning with Financial Apps unit goals and commercial viability.
• Roadmap creation to drive adoption among institutional partners and ecosystem developers.
• Coordinate end-to-end release of products with engineering and stakeholders.
• Run rapid experiments to validate value and feasibility before large-scale development.
• Capture market insights to steer product development and roadmap.
• Track KVIs on volume, adoption, and revenue to drive data-informed decisions.
• Maintain internal and external product documentation for sales, marketing and support.
