Job description

Drive the Tokenization product agenda with a focus on collateral. This role will develop, coordinate, and execute solutions to explore opportunities and address impediments to using digital and tokenized assets as collateral, including within smart contract-enabled workflows for collateral management and related use cases.

Serve as a central leader in Tokenization initiatives, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to help shape legal, documentation, data, and risk standards that support adoption across derivatives. You will collaborate across functions such as public policy, legal, digital transformation, capital, research, clearing, events, and communications; work with the Senior Director, Data & Digital Solutions; and support the development and ongoing management of tokenization-focused working groups, including engagement and administrative coordination. You will also align initiatives with wider derivatives product strategy and market structure considerations.

Educate market participants and regulators on the value and challenges of digital and tokenized assets and smart contract-enabled collateral workflows to foster clarity and consensus. You will help promote standardized workflows and related standards, contribute to public policy efforts supporting a digital assets direction, and represent The client as a thought leader in industry working groups, events, and sandbox initiatives that advance practical adoption as part of a holistic collateral management strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital assets, tokenization, and smart contract design; deep knowledge of collateral products; understanding of tokenized asset representation, issuance, and transfer; practical experience translating operational requirements into digital and tokenized solutions; and strong cross-team communication skills across legal, policy, technology, and business stakeholders.
