Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business needs into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience in Sage Intacct and ERP/financial SaaS implementations, excellent communication, and strong project management. US work eligibility preferred, remote-friendly as indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules.
• Define and roll out solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on customer processes.
• Develop project plans and manage on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide end-user training and document business requirements for BT delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success.
