Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS, or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or similar SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate client requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development and QA teams, and support deployment.
• Lead training for customer users and ensure successful adoption of new systems.
• Collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to drive project execution.
