Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into software solutions. You will work with developers, PMs and customers to ensure successful adoption of Sage Intacct-based projects.

Role requires extensive Sage Intacct experience, strong analytics, and ability to manage projects from design through deployment in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS is required.
• 5+ years in consulting/implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Programming experience is a plus; strong Excel skills are desirable.
• Strong time management, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers, PMs and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, test, train and support deployment.
• Maintain deep Sage Intacct knowledge and stay updated on features.
• Define rollout plans for integrated solutions with customer processes.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements for delivery teams.
• Provide responsive support for system implementation issues.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success.
