BILL is seeking a Product Manager on the Risk Product team to shape how customers and analysts experience risk at BILL. You will own features end-to-end, from problem definition to launch, partnering with design, engineering, risk operations, and risk strategy to reduce friction and speed review processes for SMBs.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, writing clear PRDs, and measuring outcomes with SQL, Tableau, and Mixpanel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience shipping software with engineering and design teams.
• Experience shipping customer-facing product experiences with multi-step flows.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.
• Data-driven decision making using SQL, Tableau, or Mixpanel.

Responsabilités

• Own a defined area of the Risk Experiences and Risk Central roadmap from discovery through launch.
• Design customer-facing risk experiences that reduce friction while maintaining security.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for engineers.
• Collaborate with risk operations, support, and risk strategy to uncover improvements.
• Drive day-to-day execution with engineering across sprint planning and readiness.
• Define and track metrics such as verification completion time and queue backlog.
