Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, technical, multi-team initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record building risk/fraud decisioning strategies with loss and/or false-positive outcomes.
• Deep partnership with data science / ML teams; helped develop, evaluate, and productionize models; understand features and trade-offs.
• Experience with data vendors and data pipelines; evaluating and integrating third-party and internal data for decisioning.
• Strong technical fluency: real-time/streaming decisioning, APIs, data infrastructure, and experimentation.
• Quantitative rigor: comfort with analytics and A/B testing to size opportunities and prove impact.
• Experience in payments, fraud, risk, or another high-scale financial domain.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the number: set and deliver the strategy to achieve fiscal year goals for loss reduction and insult-rate reduction across bill payment and payroll risk.
• Own the risk decisioning strategy: decide how models, rules, and signals combine to approve or stop transactions in real time.
• Expand the data foundation: evaluate, integrate, and operationalize new data vendors and internal sources.
• Build counterparty risk signals: develop features and signals assessing risk of counterparties and relationships.
• Advance real-time, AI-native decisioning: focus on latency, reliability, explainability, and guardrails for automated decisions.
• Own the scoreboard and communicate it: report loss rates, false-positive rates, approval/decline rates, and latency.
• Align and deliver across data science, engineering, risk policy, compliance, and operations.
