Job summary

OneSkin in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to own retention—subscriber experience, platform stack, and the roadmap to grow lifetime value. You’ll define strategy, build a executable roadmap, and partner with growth, data, design and our development agency to improve engagement, onboarding, and renewal flows.

You’ll apply data-driven thinking, run A/B tests, and use AI tools to analyze user data while avoiding over-automation.

Qualifications

• Uses AI tools daily to analyze customer data and automate repetitive work.
• Experience with MCPs and agents is a must have.
• Proficient in Shopify and subscription management platforms.
• Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase product experience and retention program lifecycle.
• Tune onboarding, subscription management, and loyalty programs.
• Lead data-driven subscription platform strategy and experiments.
• Collaborate with growth, data, product design and development agency.
