Job summary
ConnectWise is seeking a Product Manager to lead planning and execution of ConnectWise platforms. You will gather requirements, design specifications, and manage the product backlog while coordinating development through to implementation and ongoing support. The role works with cross-functional teams to enhance product navigation and partner-focused solutions.
You will research market opportunities, analyze trends, and communicate needs to the development team. Travel may be 0-10% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or related business experience.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Preferred: Experience in ConnectWise PSA application.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ConnectWise platform strategy, gathering requirements and defining specifications.
- Manage product backlog and coordinate development efforts through to implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product navigation and solutions with partner needs.
- Monitor adoption, user experience, and production issues to inform iterations.
- Prioritize backlog in line with business and partner priorities.
- Represent ConnectWise in partner engagements, events, and conferences.
