Job summary

ConnectWise in the United States seeks a Product Manager to lead planning and execution of our platform family, gathering requirements, designing specifications, managing the backlog, and coordinating development through implementation and support.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align the product strategy with partner needs, monitor adoption and user experience, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Preferred: experience with ConnectWise PSA application.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Atlassian tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, market positioning, and long-term roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate into clear specifications.
• Prioritize backlog in alignment with business and partner needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development.
• Engage with customers to capture market requirements.
