Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Product Manager to lead planning and execution of our platforms, gathering requirements, designing specs, and managing the backlog from development to support. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive product navigation and deliver effective solutions for partners and customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, market analysis, and data-driven decision making to align product strategy with ConnectWise growth objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or related business experience.
5+ years relevant experience in product management or similar.
Experience with ConnectWise PSA application preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports Product Management with attention to detail and documentation.
Researches, analyzes, and documents findings to inform product decisions.
Defines business plan, strategy, and product positioning to align with growth.
Collaborates to identify solutions and articulate value with data-driven narratives.
Interacts with customers to define market requirements and communicate needs to development team.
Monitors product performance and adoption to guide improvements.
Prioritizes backlog in line with business and partner needs.
Represents ConnectWise in partner engagements and events.
