Job summary

Remedy Product Studio is seeking a Product Leader to manage the full product life cycle, from strategy to delivery and continuous improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams through agile practices, align with business goals, and translate user feedback into tangible features.

The role requires 4+ years in product ownership/management, strong English skills, and experience with B2B, B2C, and e-commerce platforms. A remote-first environment and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management.
Experience with B2B and B2C products and e-commerce platforms.
Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and engineers.
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-breaking skills.
Proficiency with Kanban, Agile, SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to implementation and improvement.
Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes: roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, reviews.
Monitor risks, quality and project progress.
Communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business goals and strategy.
Analyze user behavior and translate feedback into actionable solutions.
Own and structure the product backlog with clear stories for the team.
Forecast impediments and resolve bottlenecks during planning.
