Responsibilities

• Lead continuous customer discovery to validate problems and test solutions.
• Frame customer and business problems clearly, ensuring priority on critical issues.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility judiciously.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations early to shape solutions.
