Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management or related life sciences roles.
- Experience managing products through lifecycle stages and developing business cases.
- Experience with biological products, reagents, or cell culture workflows.
- Strong understanding of life science research markets and customer applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a three-year product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional NPDI initiatives across functions.
- Drive product launches with cross-functional teams and commercialization planning.
- Develop pricing strategies and analyze competitive dynamics.
