Mom's Meals is seeking a Product Manager, Intake & Enrollment to own end-to-end workflows for referral, enrollment, and first-mile experiences. You will align with case managers, care coordinators, providers, and health plans to streamline processes and remove friction, leveraging Salesforce as a core platform.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years product management experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
• Experience supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, or other top-of-funnel processes.
• Understanding of Medicaid programs, managed care organizations, provider networks, care coordination, or referral-driven healthcare services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use operational and customer data to drive prioritization decisions.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product capabilities supporting referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and top-of-funnel experiences.
• Partner with运营 teams and stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review data to uncover pain points and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, architects, and engineers to improve Salesforce-based workflows and automation.

• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define reporting and visibility for intake operations.
