Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking a Product Manager, Intake & Enrollment to own referral management, enrollment, and intake workflows. You will work with care coordinators, providers, and health plan stakeholders to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

You will translate insights into scalable Salesforce-driven solutions, guide Agile teams, and drive adoption of new capabilities across operations. Travel may be required for onboarding and orientation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years product management experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
• Experience supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, or other top-of-funnel processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product capabilities supporting referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel customer experiences.
• Partner with Intake, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, providers, case managers, care coordinators, and health plan stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review operational data to uncover pain points and opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences.
• Monitor referral, intake, enrollment, conversion, throughput, and adoption metrics, prioritizing enhancements that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Translate business needs and discovery findings into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, and engineering teams to improve Salesforce-based workflows, automation, and user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver solutions that are scalable, usable, and operationally effective.
• Support product launches, training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and business partners.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define reporting and visibility needed to support intake operations and product performance.
