Job summary
Recruits Lab seeks a Senior Product Manager, AI & Data Products, to lead strategy and build AI-powered platforms translating complex data into actionable insights for healthcare, life sciences, and public health. You will own the roadmap, work with engineering and data science, and guide products from discovery to scale with responsible AI practices.
Remote-friendly role in the US with ~10% travel; EST/CST time zones preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping complex software products in ambiguous or early-stage environments.
- Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers/data scientists on AI/ML systems.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for AI/data products that power behavioral intelligence platforms.
- Lead 0-to-1 initiatives and translate ambiguous problems into measurable bets.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to bring ML/AI into production-grade products.
- Conduct product discovery with customers and stakeholders to address real workflows.
- Own end-to-end execution from framing to launch and scaling.
