Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

Ideal candidates have ~2+ years in Product Management or related roles, experience shipping in Agile environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
~2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
Experience shipping product features with Engineering in Agile environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for specs and collaboration.
Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; support customer research and data analysis.
Triager features, bugs, and requests to optimize roadmap intake and link work to user impact.
Identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs; consider regulatory constraints early.
