Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead data and identity products for global data-centric businesses. You will collaborate with data engineering, analytics and data science teams to define commercial offerings and shape our data culture.

This role reports into product leadership and drives lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. As a self-directed product owner, you will manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and partner with Sales, Marketing and privacy/compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar
• The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope
• Provides guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates
• Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a single product, sub-product, or defined capability
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency)
• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle
• Supports research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation
• Escalates complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment-related considerations to senior product leadership
